Rick's is the best auto body shop I've ever been to!
Long story short, I rolled my car outside Missoula, and had no idea where to take it. A tow truck driver recommended Rick's, and I'm glad he did because not only were they able to patch my Camry up, they were able to get me back on the road same day. Being from Washington headed to Minnesota, I was totally out of my element, so Rick's was like a guardian angel on my journey. Thank you Rick's for being all that you are!
I went in to get work done on my bumper and they were quick to get me an estimate that was accurate. They scheduled me in fast and got my car done quicker than expected. My car is running and looks great plus they called me afterwards and made sure that my car is running okay and that there isn't any problems. Highly recommend!
I came to Rick's after being rear ended I really had no idea what I was doing. Their customer service reps were absolutely fantastic with helping me understand the process of getting insurance claims/estimates. They really work on your side to make sure you get the best repairs for the best cost. Everybody I talked to was so nice and helpful. They had my car done in the amount of time they said it would take to finish, and they kept me updated on how repairs were going throughout the week. I almost didn't recognize my car when I picked it up, it looks better than when I purchased it!
After getting rear-ended this team did an incredible job helping me work with the other drivers insurance company, giving me top quality repairs, going above and beyond, and answering all my questions even when I called again and again.
Will be coming here for all our body/paint work needs!
