2/ Schedule Repair Appointment
Schedule a repair appointment if you are unable to drop off your vehicle.
3/ Check-In, Pre-wash, and Diagnostic Scanning
Like a doctors appoint we need to thoroughly inspect the vehicle to see all symptoms related and unrelated, check the complete condition, and we need to make sure your vehicles entire system is working correctly â like taking x-rays, Cat Scans, and blood work because damages are not always visible, before we can begin to operate on the vehicle.
4/ Approval Process
Secure authorization from customer, verify payment with insurer, acquire remaining parts required to start and finish the repairs
5/ Full Disassembly
Just like people, vehicles have a complex anatomy, we fully disassemble the vehicle until no further damages can be identified.
6/ Production Phase
Complete all mechanical, structural, body, refinish, and calibrations work
7/ Final Diagnostic Scans and Test Drives
We test drive your and review your restored vehicle, performing final diagnostic testing.
8/ Detail and Final Inspection
We pay attention to the details and contact you when the vehicle is completed. You can pick it up or coordinate with our office to have it delivered to you.
